Returns & Refunds Policy

At BetterFind, every order is inspected and packed with care before it leaves our facility. Because each item is checked for quality before dispatch, we operate a focused returns policy designed to protect genuine customers and prevent fraud and misuse. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order — by completing a purchase you agree to the terms below.

1. Claim window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to raise an eligible claim. Any claim reported after this 30-day window cannot be processed.

2. What qualifies for a replacement or refund

We accept claims only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective and does not function as described.
  • You received the wrong item.

3. What is NOT eligible

To keep our prices low, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for non-defect reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the item.
  • Personal preference or expectations about look and feel.
  • Ordered by mistake or selected the wrong option.
  • Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
  • Minor packaging marks that do not affect the product's function.

4. Unboxing video is mandatory

A clear, continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video — starting while the parcel is still fully sealed and showing the package being opened in one take — is required for every damage, defect, or wrong-item claim. Without a valid uninterrupted unboxing video we cannot verify the condition of the item on arrival, and the claim cannot be approved. Photographs on their own are not sufficient.

5. How to raise a claim

Email betterfind.store@gmail.com within the 30-day window with: (1) your order number, (2) the full unboxing video, and (3) clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and respond, typically within 2–4 business days.

6. Resolution

For verified eligible claims, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at your preference. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

7. Return shipping

For approved damaged, defective, or wrong-item claims, BetterFind covers any return shipping required. We do not accept unauthorised returns sent without prior written approval.
